My name is Jack Elliott

I've spent over 20 years in the midst of operational challenges, the kind where understanding the organizational reality is as important as the solutions themselves.

My career has been built through the lens of program management inside highly regulated environments where failure isn't an option: finance, creative production, pharmaceutical, manufacturing.

I founded Duffy + Boyd in 2023 to bring that boots on the ground discipline to clients who need more than advice - they need someone who can operationalize strategy and initiatives into workflow.

I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, and hold a bachelor's degree from Fordham University.
